Please note, this is an application of interest meaning we will be in contact if your registration has been successful.

Here is what to do:

  1. Include Facebook page or website.   These are not compulsory, but will definitely help us to a lot to get a visual of your products.
  2. Please give us as much information as possible when filling in your application form. The more detail we have, the easier it is for us to understand your product. Keep an eye on your inbox (and Junk) for further details and site confirmation.
  3. Registration does not confirm stall acceptance. You will be notified of our decision.
  4. Following your application you will receive confirmation of your site accompanied by a tax invoice for your site fees.
  5. All fees must be paid in full PRIOR to the commencement of the event so secure your site booking.
  6. All site fees are quoted on this application inclusive of GST
  7. A cancellation fee of $100 will apply after August 1st 2026 Payment Details:
  8. I am fully aware of my responsibilities under the Health and Safety Act 1993 and agree to follow the Health & Safety plan and directions of the health & safety officer of the Geraldine Summfer Fete.

I agree that by completing this application form I agree that the Geraldine Summer Fete Committee may use my details can be made available to the media for use in compiling the show newspaper supplements, for human interest stories, as well as for programme preparation and for the Geraldine Summer Fete to use in promotional and material about the fete.
